Shrimp Tacos are a quick and easy dinner recipe idea, made even quicker with an air fryer.

Do you have an air fryer yet?? I bought one a couple of years ago and didn’t start really using it until recently. And y’all! I use it all the time!!

I got the small, personal-sized Chefman, and it lives on my countertop.

Shrimp Taco Topping Ideas:

Every taco needs a great topping.

I picked up a few store-bought ingredients.

Trader Joe’s Island Salsa — it’s got mangos, peppers, and pineapple in it. So yummy!

I bought a store-bought coleslaw mix. I used part of the dressing included, but cut it with white wine vinegar.

Store-bought guacamole is great with some lime juice squeezed over to keep it from turning brown faster.

Next, I made a quick mango cucumber salsa with diced fresh cucumber and mango, with some red onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Super easy!

Don’t forget the cut limes and cilantro!

Don’t forget to cook your tortillas!

Tortillas can seem so heavy sometimes…

But when you cook them for a few seconds in a skillet over high heat, it completely changes the texture!

They’re delicious.

Questions You Might Have

I don’t have an air fryer, can I use a grill or oven?

Yep! You sure can! Grill or broil on high, until the shrimp turn pink! maybe 3-4 minutes!

How do I store leftover shrimp?

Place in an air-tight container in the fridge for a couple of days. Leftover shrimp doesn’t store that well.

I have some shrimp leftover, does this reheat well?

Unfortunately no… Well, I’m not a fan. Try dicing the shrimp and mixing it with the mango salsa—serve it with tortilla chips!
