I own a very small Chefman Personal Air Fryer. And I LOVE it! It’s perfect for this single girl who doesn’t have a lot of counter space. Depending on the size of the shrimp, I can cook my entire meal in this air fryer.

Quick Perks of using an Air Fryer?
They use little oil to almost none! I usually just give whatever I’m cooking a good blitz with cooking spray. It’s almost like deep frying without all the oil and the mess, and it’s an easy way to get really crispy food.
Inside of an air fryer is basically a tiny convection oven. Air circulates around the food, giving you optimal crispiness all over. This is because your food sits in an air fryer basket, in a single layer. Allowing you to reduce cooking time with the hot air moving all around.

There are a few things you want to remember when using an air fryer.
While these are tips for air frying shrimp, the same general guidelines apply to any food cooked in the air fryer.
Single Layer or not too wet food.
If you’ve marinated your shrimp, be sure to pat them a bit with a paper towel before laying them out on the fryer-style basket.
When using a wet batter, be sure to plop them into some panko bread crumbs before adding them to the air fryer.
Spray avocado oil on your food just before starting the cooking process.
