Chicken Confit, anyone?! Say it out loud… “Ch Chicken Confit, anyone?! Say it out loud… “Chicken Confit…” Don’t you feel fancy?! ((You are so fancy, friend!)) This might be my favorite dish to serve at a table filled with people. The day before your dinner party, you’ll tuck all the chicken and veggies into a dish and let her marinate with garlic, lemon, and thyme. An hour before your dinner party, you’ll douse her in olive oil, plop her in the oven, and go on with getting ready for your party! The waft of garlic, chicken, carrots, and shallots braising in olive oil is ✨intoxicating.✨ It’s THE smell you want when your guests walk into your home. ((They’ll probably smell it when they get out of their car… just saying.)) The wow factor is in the schmaltzy oil that the chicken and veggies roast in. Your people will be dunking their bites into the braising dish just to get a little more of the goodness with every bite! I promise you’ll want to print this recipe out and keep it forever and ever! Slices of zucchini and onions are layered with marinara sauce and italian seasonings. My life is run on goals, ticking boxes, and ruling my life with productivity. I had HEFTY goals for August but didn’t tick one of them. Defeating for this driven girl? Yes. Quite. ❌ I didn’t answer every single comment on IG. ❌ I didn’t post all the recipes I wanted to. ❌ I didn’t upload a new video every day. Guess what I did do, though? 📚 I read 24 books. (I’m a new Kindle girlie, okay? 😆) 🏡 I gave my home a life-giving facelift. 🫶 I spent precious time with friends and family. And guess what? My “little” business didn’t die. It kept chugging along. And the memories I created around my table outweigh the tick boxes I should have ticked. So, as we head into September and the upcoming holiday season, I’m reminding you to say no to the things you don’t want to do. I’ll mix up a quick sauce of Frank’s Red Hot sauce, honey, and ranch powder. Roll the wings around after a six-minute air fry at 350˚. Place them back in the air fryer and crank it up to 400˚ for 3-4 minutes, depending on your air fryer. I LOVE my Ninja Foodi Countertop Air-Frying Oven. Sun-dried tomatoes are mixed with fresh shallots, garlic, basil, ricotta Salata, tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Together, it’s a dreamy food marriage, your fresh baguette is dying to dip into. It’s best to make it earlier in the day, let it sit in the fridge, then bring it out to come to room temperature half an hour before serving. Want to make your life easier, and top your salad with a dressing that will make you absolutely obsessed with eating salad?! @gothamgreens has a Green Goddess dressing that I flipping L-O-V-E. I love it so much I walked into my local Whole Foods and about the 7 bottles on the shelf without any care that anyone else would want to buy them… It makes everything better, and even a simple salad like this is over the top packed with flavor. While this salad “recipe” is great, I’ve just been dipping salad “chips” into the dressing on it’s own. Cool. I love that for me. What is something you LOVE putting on your salads that make you eat more of them?
“Homemade” Baked Beans! Who else loves themse “Homemade” Baked Beans! Who else loves themselves some semi-homemade baked beans?? You’lll take a couple of cans of your favorite baked beans and add the following: 2 TBS Yellow Mustard 3 TBS Brown Sugar 2 TBS Dried Onions (They might be under the name “Minced onions”) If you have a tablespoon of molasses, add that in too! If you wanted a smokey flavor, add in some shakes of McCormick’s Smokehouse Maple Seasoning. Could you add bacon? Sure!! Go for it! You’ll bake this in a 350* oven for about 30+ minutes. You could also dump it in a slow cooker and let it rip for a few hours! . . . #easyrecipes #cookoutrecipes #bakedbeans

You have to do several “knife skills” before you use it… And it’s a pain to clean, especially when you don’t have a dishwasher. But! Y’all. This Cowboy Caviar came out to diced perfection with the chopper. Make this on a Sunday afternoon and eat on it all week! It’ll be perfect for the Super Bowl tomorrow!!
