🍅 Tomato Confit! Y’all, if you bought the BO 🍅 Tomato Confit! Y’all, if you bought the BOGO tomatoes, but you know you’re not going to get through them before they all get too wrinkly and gross to eat, I’ve got your solution! Or, if your garden is busting at the seams with tomatoes… this recipe is for YOU! Toss cherry tomatoes into a small baking dish that has a lid. Add in a couple of sliced shallots, lots of whole garlic cloves, fresh basil leaves, salt, and pepper. Pour in a cup of olive oil (or more! Make sure the tomatoes, etc are almost submerged). Roast at 325 degrees for about an hour. Your home will smell incredible. Store in an air tight jar in the fridge. I love to use the oil on homemade croutons, in salad dressing, to cook eggs with, etc. The tomatoes, shallots, and garlic are delightful spread onto crusty bread. You won’t believe how wonderful this little condiment is! Store it in your fridge for up to 2 weeks. . . . #easyrecipes #easyappetizer #simplecooking

🧄 🌶 Garlic Buffalo Wings! You’re definite 🧄 🌶 Garlic Buffalo Wings! You’re definitely going to need this cheeky recipe! Say BUFFALO, and I’ll share the recipe with you! First, head to your local supermarket… and pick up pre-fried wings. Yep! I said it. There is no need for you to do the frying. Stinking up your house before you have guests over... no way. Then, make your own Garlic Buffalo Sauce and sauce those wings yourself. This sauce is so yummmyyyyy! 🧈 Butter 🌶 Hot Sauce 🧄 A ton of Garlic Chop up 8-10 cloves of garlic and add them to melted butter. Let them sizzle for 30 seconds, then add in your hot sauce. Whisk together until combined. Then, sauce your wings! Not sure about saucing purchased wings?! I’ve got a trick for that… Make your sauce and put it in a bowl. Add your wings, and give them a hefty toss. Place the saucy wings on a sheet tray and broil for 2-3 minutes. Do that whole process THREE TIMES. Then, lay them out on a big platter with homemade ranch and blue cheese dressing, celery, and whatever else you want. Champagne freely flowing…🍾 Why not give this SUPER Easy Keto Egg Bake a try?! Here’s what you need: 🥓 Sausage (Bacon works too!) 🧅 Onions 🥚 Eggs 🧀 Cheese 🥛 Cream 🧂 Salt & Pepper ✅ If you’re a planner, brown the sausage and onions the night before and store them in the fridge until the next morning. You can also mix up your eggs, cream, cheese, salt, and pepper and store those, too! 🥣 When you’re ready to “cook,” pour the sausage + onions into a baking dish, followed by the egg mixture. Bake at 375˚ until golden brown on top! (For me, that’s about 25 minutes! Your oven may vary!) On your table with fresh OJ + 🍾, add tomatoes and avocados to top your egg bake! It’s Monday! Which means Red Beans and Rice! I It’s Monday! Which means Red Beans and Rice! I’ve got a quick cook recipe that uses canned kidney beans. ((Tell me you’re not from Louisiana without telling me you’re from Louisiana!)) RECIPE: 1 lb Andouille Sausage, sliced 1 small Onion, diced 1 Green Pepper, diced 2 Celery Stalks, diced 2 cans Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed 2 cups Chicken Broth 1-2 TBS Cajun Seasoning Cooked Rice In a Dutch oven, sauté the sausage until it’s crispy. Leave the drippings in the pot, using that to saute the onions, pepper, and celery until soft and tender. Add in your kidney beans, the chicken broth, and a tablespoon of Cajun seasoning. Let this simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes, longer if you have the time. Taste to see if you need more Cajun seasoning for extra kick! Serve with a plop of rice and hunks of bread! If you like your beans and rice thick and creamy, blend some of the beans before adding them into stew. Want a printable version of this recipe!? Salmon + Green Bean Sheet Pan Meal! Drizzle a pie Salmon + Green Bean Sheet Pan Meal! Drizzle a piece of salmon with olive oil and sprinkle on some Ranch powder and House Seasoning! Add two pats of butter before baking in the oven. Steam up your green beans, then crisp them up in the oven with the salmon. Such a delicious lunch or dinner recipe that takes less than 15 minutes! Here’s the recipe: Coat your salmon in olive oil, then sprinkle Ranch seasoning and House Seasoning on top. Add two pats of butter on top. Bake at 375˚ for 10 minutes. While the salmon bakes, steam some green beans in the microwave ((or just put them on the same sheet pan with the salmon!)). Once the salmon comes out, add the beans around the salmon and broil (carefully!!) the salmon until golden brown on top, and the beans gets a little color. All the Cheese Cheeseball! 2 Oz Bleu Cheese 2 Oz All the Cheese Cheeseball! 2 Oz Bleu Cheese 2 Oz Brie Cheese 2 Oz Unexpected Cheddar 2 Oz Sharp Yellow Cheddar 5 Oz Goat Cheese Dip (from Vermont Creamery!) 6 Oz Cream Cheese, softened 2 TBS White Wine 2 tsp House Seasoning 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes 2 tsp Minced Onions 1 Scallion, sliced Mix all the ingredients together. Divide into two portions. Dump it onto plastic wrap and shape it into either a log or a ball! Serve with crackers! The BEST part about this recipe… you MUST make it ahead of time! So, a few days before your party, mix it up, and store in the fridge. You could even do this a couple of weeks ahead of time, and freeze until the day before. I’m going to say it again, and again… there is no reason you need to be running around on the day of your party, doing ALL THE THINGS! YOU choose your party menu, so choose recipes you can make ahead or items you can pick up and assemble!
