New Party Trend! The Grazing Board!

Alright, y’all! I’m never one to keep quiet about a great idea. This is one you won’t want to miss with tailgating season here in action!

Meet The Grazing Board.

It’s the most epic cheeseboard, but with everything for a “meal” on one giant platter. This is the ultimate “fix it and forget it” style party! the most epic appetizer to serve at any party!

I’ll take you through all these recipes over the next week. But, be sure to sign up for my email list, those Peanut Satay Skewers will be in Friday’s email! And you really won’t want to miss it!

In order for your board to be completely “self-sustaining” you need all the elements you would have on buffet line for a cocktail party {You can read all my tips on this topic here!} You want a protein, a veggie, and a bread/cheese combo thing. Now…. you can add WHATEVER your heart desires!! You want lots of color, different textures, and lots of sauces.

Everything on here is super simple to make — needs a little “chill time,” so you can always prepare as much ahead of time as possible.  I had friends up on the deck for some wine, and threw all this onto my big Ikea Stockholm Tray. It’s 20 inches across, so it’s a big tray! I love that it’s round, so everyone can grab from the center of the table. All you need is little plates and napkins. Everything is no utensil ready! <—- Something to think about when planning YOUR board out!

I have a roasted red pepper bruschetta that I’ll share on Wednesday — it is SO good! It’s the “we’re out of tomato season’s” cousin who you can enjoy year round, since it uses canned crushed tomatoes + jarred roasted red peppers. Lots of garlic, parmesan, oregano, and basil also help make this spread delicious on toasted baguette slices.

The vegetables were cut up, and placed in clear low ball glass — with roasted red pepper ranch on the side. The green bowl in the back has herby goat cheese + balsamic drizzle over top, in case you want to spread this on your bread slice BEFORE adding the bruschetta mixture on top. (Yum!)

I can’t wait to use this board over and over this fall as game day is every weekend, and I love hosting people anytime!

What will you add to your board?!

You can save this graphic to your favorite party food board!
