So, let’s talk about serving this for a minute.

You can see in my photos and video, I just put all the crackers and chips on a rimmed half-sheet baking pan. And placed the hot baking dish in the center.

While it’s not the most beautiful way of serving a dip, it’s extremely practical. ?

Not only does the rimmed baking sheet hold the crackers and chips on, but it also catches any spilling that may happen when dipping into this cheesy bake!

What kind of cheese should I use?

I love using Cabot Sharp Cheddar, but you could use any kind of cheddar. Just be sure to grate it yourself.

Can I add anything else to this recipe?

Sure! Here’s what I’ve tried adding with great success:

  • A jar of drained pimentos
  • A small can of green chilis
  • Fresh cut jalapeno (or pickled!)

If I can’t find Duke’s Mayonnaise, what should I use?

Well, if you don’t want to order it from Amazon, then Hellman’s will work fine.

What kitchen tools do I need?

  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula
  • Box Grater
  • Baking Dish
  • Sheet Pan

You can find all of these in my Amazon Influencer Store!
