Everyday Salad

While trying to eat more healthful and wisely, I have been adding a salad at both lunch and dinner. I use a mix of chopped romaine, broccoli slaw (for extra crunch!) and cucumbers. The broccoli slaw mix is my new favorite produce item. I can use it in stir fry, on salad, and on sandwiches….
