Prosecco Vinaigrette! Y’all, this is my absolut Prosecco Vinaigrette! Y’all, this is my absolute go-to salad dressing. I eat a lot of salads, but I like to make my own dressing. This one is a super simple acidic, bright dressing that makes everything better! 🧅 Shallots 🧄 Garlic 🫒 Olive Oil Herbs, salt, and pepper… and LOTS of Parmesan Cheese! Be sure to marinate your tomatoes and cucumbers in the dressing while you're snapping your lettuce into the bowl. It’s an extra step that makes a mighty big difference! I get asked questions like this ALL THE TIME!! I’ve shared this family favorite dinner recipe before, but let me walk you through HOW to host this super easy potluck dinner party! You’re going to host a Chalupa Party… You as the host will make the pork chalupa. It’s best if you make it a couple days ahead of time! <<< Which is why it’s such a great hosting recipe!! Next, you’ll ask your people to bring taco toppings. Just ask them to bring any of the following: 🧀 Cheese 🥬 Lettuce 🧅 Onions 🍅 Salsa 🥑 Guacamole 🥛 Sour Cream 🌶️ Hot Sauce 🌽 Corn Chips And any other topping you (or they!) like! When they arrive, have the bowls or dishes you’d like to use for each topping ready to be filled. I like to add a little sticky note to each dish! Layout a big board of “Plop and Eat” appetizers ((if you’re new, read the post from yesterday!)), and shake up a big batch of tart margaritas! You can even ask your friends to bring these items!! And that’s it!! We hosted this same party last week, and I ordered these compostable BOWLS… we’ve actually never served chalupa in a bowl, but it was so easy and the perfect vessel! Plus, clean-up was a breeze!
