New Year’s Resolutions Salad Recap!


These salads are too good to be called salads. 
Great for the waist, helping you stay on track with your New Year goals!

Here is a little Salad recipe round up to start the year 2015 with! 
This easy {almost} Paleo Chicken Salad is super yummy. Great marinade for the chicken, grapes, and crunchy vegetables make this salad sublime! 

With the Brussels Sprout craze going on, why not try my Shaved Brussels Sprout salad?? Super easy to assemble, and packed with a sweet punch!

Want to take a mini trip to Maui?? While this salad isn’t on the low carb end, leave out the wonton wraps, and it is! Try this Maui Laui Salad for a trip to the islands, from your own home.

I adore a good Caesar Salad. Grilling the lettuce gives an extra smokey flavor that is helpful when trying to eat more salads. The dressing is by OPA, with 3g of carbs, low fat (because of Greek Yogurt!) and extra protein.

Last but not least:

These Protein Power Bowls have become one of my most repined posts. While it does take some preparation and work to assemble, you are left with TEN rice bowls (eaten cold as a salad, or you could heat it up a bit?!) for your weekly routine. Varying up the dressing helps leave mundane behind!
