Taco Salad
On Tuesdays we eat Taco Salad.

This is your typical ground beef + onions, cooked with taco spices. Add it to a bed of lettuce, and top with cheese, and sour cream salsa. EASIEST dinner, ever…!
The best part… is the sour cream and salsa mixed together. Winning combo, friends! Winning combo for taco salad.

Description
On Tuesdays we eat Taco Salad.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 packet taco seasoning blend
- romaine lettuce, chopped
Instructions
- Cook your ground beef and onions over medium high heat in a skillet. Once cooked, add seasoning packet + 1/2 cup water to blend well. Let simmer a few minutes. Then assemble your salad!

- Sour Cream Salsa {Which is exactly what it sounds like…. Sour cream and salsa. Equal parts, stirred together.}
This is great to make the beef ahead of time, then pre portion into containers, ready for lunches throughout a busy week!
