I love a good salad. Especially one that errs on the side of maybe not so healthy?? 😉
This salad isn’t too bad. Leave off the crispy onions, and it would make a great low carb feast!
Sliced Steak (you could also use deli roast beef for a super quick week night meal!)
chopped romaine lettuce
sliced hothouse cucumbers
shredded sharp cheddar cheese (get the good stuff!)
ranch dressing (i make mine with this recipe, but you can use whatever kind you like!)
Grill your steak to preference. (Need a reminder on how to grill the perfect steak??)
Chop your veggies and add to a bowl. Top with steak, cheese, and onions. Add dressing and toss well! Serve immediately!
