Mama Leah Dip
this dip is a crowd pleaser! the perfect dip to take to a tailgate or party!
I’m not sure who Mama Leah is, but that doesn’t matter…. You won’t even care when serving this delicious snack. The coolness of the sour cream and spicy peppers and tomatoes blend with ranch seasoning to create a dip you’ll want to put on everything.
Mama Leah Dip
One can Rotel Tomatoes
One package Ranch Seasoning
One 16 oz carton of Sour Cream
Fresh Black Pepper
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and chill for at least an hour. It’s best if you make it the night before, or the morning of, giving these flavors plenty of time to blend.
Serve with tortilla chips, on top of tacos, or stir into chili!
