My absolute favorite way of serving grilled chicken is with a Grilled Greek Chicken Salad: it’s got everything you love – red onion, feta cheese, GRILLED romaine lettuce, cucumbers, parmesan cheese crisps. All drizzled with a creamy dressing that can’t be beat!
