Skillet grilled green beans are the perfect side dish for your upcoming summertime menus! No need to roast in the oven on a hot day — just take your cast iron skillet out to the grill with you. While you have your other “stuff” going, toss your green beans in…. It’s that simple! I made up a recipe, but it’s not really a recipe. So, prepare yourselves….
I like to buy the french haricots vert, like from Trader Joe’s. You open the package, dump them in a bowl, and toss in some EVOO or this Garlic Expression salad dressing. <—– Which speaking of easy; make your life even more easy by purchasing this dressing…. I find it in the produce section of the market, and it is phenomenal. Marinate chicken, pork chops, or shrimp in it. Toss vegetables before grilling or roasting, and of course, toss you everyday salad with it. It is so so good!
