How to Make Prosecco Vinaigrette Salad
First, get a mason jar, bowl, or this OXO Good Grips Salad Shaker – one of my all-time favorite kitchen things I’ve purchased on a whim!
Next, gather your ingredients:
- Prosecco Vinegar
- Dijon Mustard
- Dried Tarragon
- Parmesan Cheese
- Olive Oil
In the bottom of your salad shaker, add a couple of tablespoons of prosecco vinager.
Next, you’ll finely dice half of a shallot.
With the garlic clove, slice it in half, and using a microplane, shave it into the shallots and prosecco vinegar.
Then, you’ll add some dijon mustard, honey, dried tarragon, freshly grated parmesan cheese, and olive oil.
Give all of this a super good shake!
Add diced tomatoes and cucumbers to a bowl, drizzle the dressing on top of these, and give a little mix.
Then, add your greens, whatever you want! I used a mix of baby romaine and butter lettuce.
Grate even more fresh parmesan on top, crack some black pepper on top, and serve!
