My keto-friendly, low carb living chicken burger is such an easy recipe — I didn’t want to call it a recipe! Mixing a few pantry staples with ground chicken, you have a protein packed meal that will keep you feeling full for a long time. When eating for your macros, you may want to add some cheese on top for added fat.
Alright, y’all. My last name is Berger – the jokes that have ensued for my ’29 and holding’ years of life are never ending….
Yes, I love burgers; Yes, I judge every burger I eat. Yes, I have told a chef how to cook a burger before… ?
Chicken burgers are gross, y’all. Ground chicken is just disgusting. Which is why I don’t make them very often… But! Embrace the mess {eeeeeessshhhhh!}, and do it! Make a bunch so you can freeze them and reheat when needed. This is such an easy process, why not double or triple so you have plenty on hand for later! Being a single gal who doesn’t plan her meals that far in advance, freezing things is foreign to me. I don’t own a microwave, so when I ‘reheat’ something it’s not a quick process. <—- Not complaining! I like not having a microwave! Just saying…

I keep wanting to try Keto, but I’m scared of the amount of work that goes into it. This doesn’t seem like a lot of work, though…hmmm. Thanks for sharing these great tips at the #HomeMattersParty 🙂
I have lost 20 pounds since starting at the end of February! It is so easy once you get used to it. What’s not to love about meat, dairy, and veggies?!
Looks delicious – Thanks for sharing at the What’s for Dinner party!
I love Dale’s seasoning! They have only recently started selling it in my local stores, and I was so excited to get some. I haven’t had it in years. I’ll have to try it on my chicken! #HomeMattersParty
It’s the best!!!!
I need to look more in to the Keto diet. I don’t usually follow diet plans because a few seem so labor intensive but you make this one seem very easy. Thanks for sharing. #HomeMattersParty
