the easiest keto chicken burger you can make with ingredients you have on hand

My keto-friendly, low carb living chicken burger is such an easy recipe — I didn’t want to call it a recipe! Mixing a few pantry staples with ground chicken, you have a protein packed meal that will keep you feeling full for a long time. When eating for your macros, you may want to add some cheese on top for added fat.

Alright, y’all. My last name is Berger – the jokes that have ensued for my ’29 and holding’ years of life are never ending….

Yes, I love burgers; Yes, I judge every burger I eat. Yes, I have told a chef how to cook a burger before… ?

Chicken burgers are gross, y’all. Ground chicken is just disgusting. Which is why I don’t make them very often… But! Embrace the mess {eeeeeessshhhhh!}, and do it! Make a bunch so you can freeze them and reheat when needed. This is such an easy process, why not double or triple so you have plenty on hand for later! Being a single gal who doesn’t plan her meals that far in advance, freezing things is foreign to me. I don’t own a microwave, so when I ‘reheat’ something it’s not a quick process. <—- Not complaining! I like not having a microwave! Just saying…

I served mine with caramelized onions a top. It was wonderful! You can find my tutorial for making the onions HERE.

  1. I love Dale’s seasoning! They have only recently started selling it in my local stores, and I was so excited to get some. I haven’t had it in years. I’ll have to try it on my chicken! #HomeMattersParty
