5 Ingredient Spaghetti Sauce
The easiest spaghetti sauce that comes together with 5 ingredients plus a jar of marinara. A simple keto, low carb meal idea when you serve over zucchini!
Y’all. We love spaghetti in my home. We’re not Italian, so I’m not claiming this is THE BEST SAUCE, EVER…. But, I am claiming people from near and far request this often. One of the reasons I love this easy spaghetti sauce so much is how quickly it comes together. My mom lovingly follows my aunt’s recipe, to the tee. Exact amounts, cans, spices, etc. Which is probably why her sauce is “the best” in my opinion. However, because I just *can’t* I take the shortcut. I start with prepared, jarred marinara and doctor is up! 😉
As in this makes a meal in half an hour, and usually you have plenty leftover to either freeze for later, or use as lunches during the week. This is a great way to meal prep for your family, and as you can see in these pictures, I’ve used Parmesan Zucchini as my base, making this a low carb, keto friendly meal!
Don’t be afraid to take shortcuts. Sometimes, Pinterest can make people feel like they need to make everything homemade, and do all the work. Which, I love doing sometimes. However, most of the time, I don’t have time! So, I use the jar.
Use the jar, y’all.
We’re going to add a few more ingredients to make it super yummy! Just a few extra ingredients I always have on hand, and this spaghetti sauce is an easy dinner recipe idea in no time!

XOXO,
Okay, I use the jar…the can, the bottle, the box…all the time and add extras to it to make it perfect! No shame in that! And this looks delish! #HomeMattersParty
Growing up we always made our own sauce – well my older sisters did when they cooked – but I honestly use a jar version and add things to it for time savings and sanity. You have inspired me to try it differently next time. #HomeMattersParty
