BBQ Chicken Sheet Pan Nachos are the quick and easy recipe you want during football season.
Just a few ingredients and ready in less than 10 minutes!
BBQ Chicken Sheet Pan Nachos are just about what every Football weekend! Layout a big sheet pan of these in front of the couch, and watch them disappear!
This quick and easy recipe uses leftover chicken air fryer nuggets, “nuggs” as my people refer to them… Toss them in BBQ sauce, and dish out over cheese-topped tortilla chips. And bake!
Football is here, and it’s time to “couchgate” every weekend!
For me, there is nothing better than wearing a t-shirt and some yoga pants and ‘watching’ (eating all the snacks…) the game. I’m really just there for the conversation with others and the snacks.

Okay, so here’s the skinny on these sheet pan nachos:
You’re going to need some nuggets. You could run through Chick-Fil-A or any other place that has them – you could purchase some and bake them at home – air fry them – or whatever! Just get some nuggets, y’all. You’re going to be winning with the little kiddos, I promise.
Now, you’ll chop them up into little pieces and toss them into a bowl.
Drizzle in some BBQ sauce (I also added a little Sriracha, because you know, Sriracha) and toss around until coated.
On a sheet pan, layout nice, hearty tortilla chips. This isn’t the place for flimsy thin ones, although I do love those!
Shred some cheddar with a hand grater, and sprinkle a nice even layer on top of the chips. Make sure every chip has at least a little cheese!
Add the BBQ chicken chopped up nuggs and distribute them well over top all the chips and cheese.
Grate a little more cheese, and sprinkle it on top of the chicken. Not a hefty amount, just enough to get everything creamy-dreamy.
Finally, add the sheet pan nachos to the oven and let everything melt at 425˚ for about 6-8 minutes. Not long, y’all!
I’m going to say it again, WATCH YOUR OVEN.
{In the loveliest tone you’ve ever heard}
If you come back here and comment about your nachos being burned I have no sympathy for you. Every oven is different. Every oven bakes at a different temperature, even though you set it to 425˚. Invest in an oven thermometer and watch that. Or, just stand there and watch the magic of cheese melting.
Now, get out your ranch dressing, and drizzle it all over the top.
Oh yeah! It’s that easy!
