This is your guide to keeping all the right ingredients in your pantry to whip up the best no-cook appetizers as soon as the doorbell rings!

If you ever go to someone’s house, what’s one of the first questions you (should!) hear?! “Can I get you anything?”

When you are the one asking, you might be racking your brain for a super quick and easy assembly-only snack.

I’ve got you covered! Here is your comprehensive list of pantry items to keep on hand for no-cook appetizers, items you can make and serve without turning on your stovetop, and the ‘recipes’ that are unforgettable, but oh so easy to make!

THE BEST NO-COOK APPETIZERS

First, let’s chat about the ingredients to keep in your pantry so you’re never caught off guard.

Tortilla chips and jarred salsa. This is a no-brainer! Everyone loves a plate piled high with chips and salsa in the middle!

Marcona Almonds. These spoil quickly, but make for the easiest snack ever! Just pull the container out, open the top, and serve as is. Or, place in a sweet little bowl for some added southern hospitality.

If you aren’t familiar with Marcona Almonds, they’re blanched almonds, skins removed, then basted in butter. You can usually find them seasoned with salt and rosemary, and pair wonderfully with a chilled Chablis!

Pimento Cheese! Ah! Love this stuff. You can totally buy store-bought. There are plenty of amazing brands that make home-worthy pimento cheese. I prefer to make my own using The Best Pimento Cheese Recipe you might ever make in your kitchen!

Hot Pepper Jelly over Cream Cheese. This is the *GOOD* stuff! It’s so simple, and everyone LOVES it. Have a box of Wheat Thins on hand, and you’re good to go.

Mama Leah Dip. Salsa Ranch. Whatever you want to call it, this is a mix together while you’re chatting in the kitchen, wait 15 minutes, then serve with tortilla chips or fresh raw veggies.

The BEST item to keep in your fridge is Boursin Cheese. Not only is it amazing in eggs, meatball subs, Onion Dip, etc. It’s great right out of the package spread onto crackers.
