CRISPY BAKED CHICKEN TIPS: ✅ Season your bone in, skin on chicken thighs. ✅ Let them “dry brine” in the fridge, overnight, UNCOVERED. Yes, you will have raw poultry in your frigde. It’s not as bad as it sounds, I promise. ✅ Place in a baking dish and cook for 35-40 minutes at 400 degrees. Baste with a Hot Honey Buffalo Sauce (recipe below). These are perfect for football game days at home! HOT HONEY BUFFALO SAUCE: 3 TBS Butter 3 TBS Hot Honey 3 TBS Cholula (or your fave hot sauce!) I love making something on top of something — just makes me feel like the ingredients are going further, right?! So, if you don’t make the Caesar dressing before, it’s not a problem. But, it’s delish, too, so it would just make a nice little appetizer board! I’ve started adding diced jalapeños to the recipe, too! Roll up your cheddar and jalapeno stuffed hot dog with some cresent dough. @snoopdogg knows what he’s talking about. And if you don’t have his cookbook, Crook to Cook, you need it in your kitchen. It’s one of my favorite cookbooks of all time. They’re so good dipped in yellow mustard! 🌭 DOGGS IN A BLANKET RECIPE: 1, 8-ounce can of Crescent Dough 8 Hot Dogs 1 Jalapeno, sliced thin 2 cups Cheddar Cheese 1️⃣ Unroll your crescent dough, and add two thin sliced of jalapenos. 2️⃣ Make a slit in each hot dog, and fill with cheese. 3️⃣ Roll the hot dogs up into the crescent dough. I like to add a little more cheese… 4️⃣ Bake at 375* for 13-15 minutes, rotating half way through. Who’s making these for football weekends?!

This might be my favorite dish to serve at a table filled with people. The day before your dinner party, you’ll tuck all the chicken and veggies into a dish and let her marinate with garlic, lemon, and thyme. An hour before your dinner party, you’ll douse her in olive oil, plop her in the oven, and go on with getting ready for your party! The waft of garlic, chicken, carrots, and shallots braising in olive oil is ✨intoxicating.✨ It’s THE smell you want when your guests walk into your home. ((They’ll probably smell it when they get out of their car… just saying.)) The wow factor is in the schmaltzy oil that the chicken and veggies roast in. Your people will be dunking their bites into the braising dish just to get a little more of the goodness with every bite! I promise you’ll want to print this recipe out and keep it forever and ever! My life is run on goals, ticking boxes, and ruling my life with productivity. I had HEFTY goals for August but didn’t tick one of them. Defeating for this driven girl? Yes. Quite. ❌ I didn’t answer every single comment on IG. ❌ I didn’t post all the recipes I wanted to. ❌ I didn’t upload a new video every day. Guess what I did do, though? 📚 I read 24 books. (I’m a new Kindle girlie, okay? 😆) 🏡 I gave my home a life-giving facelift. 🫶 I spent precious time with friends and family. And guess what? My “little” business didn’t die. It kept chugging along. And the memories I created around my table outweigh the tick boxes I should have ticked. So, as we head into September and the upcoming holiday season, I’m reminding you to say no to the things you don’t want to do. I’ll mix up a quick sauce of Frank’s Red Hot sauce, honey, and ranch powder. Roll the wings around after a six-minute air fry at 350˚. Place them back in the air fryer and crank it up to 400˚ for 3-4 minutes, depending on your air fryer. I LOVE my Ninja Foodi Countertop Air-Frying Oven.
