You’ll take a steak marinade with a couple of other ingredients.

Add in CHICKEN and marinade overnight.

Grill it up, then once it’s off the grill, top it with a herby, garlicky steak butter…

Well, y’all! I’ve got the full tutorial in the video!

It’s a basic business of flipping the bag over, tucking in the sides, and fluffing it “flat.”

Flip it right side up, and cut the top off!

Serving your chips this way on a big buffet line is so great!

1️⃣ You don’t dirty another bowl. YAY!

2️⃣ People can see what kind of chip they are eating. Woo hoo!

Don’t forget to water and nourish yourself!

I’ve been drinking this smoothie the last month and half each morning, and it’s making my skin GLOW!

I’ve never been a fan of eating breakfast — a cup of tea, and I’m good…

But, I drink this at my desk all morning, and it’s a delicious way to answer the “Did you nourish yourself today?” question!

Here’s the recipe:

2 cups Baby Greens (the big box of baby spinach and baby collards)
1 cup Frozen Fruit (I use the Dream Blend from @dolesunshine SO thankful for a berry-free option!!)
1 TBS Chia Seeds
2 Dates
2 scoops Premier Protein Powder
1 Premier Protein Liquid Shake OR 1 cup Fairlife Milk

Yes! This smoothie is PACKED with protein! It’s a fantastic way to get in 60+ grams of protein.

Sometimes I add in a few scoops of cottage cheese.
Sometimes I add in a few scoops of oatmeal.
Sometimes I re-blend it with another scoop of frozen fruit later in the morning.

This one is too easy.

16-ounces Sour Cream
1 packet (3 TBS) Ranch Dressing Powder
1 10-ounce can of Rotel (whatever flavor you like best!)

Stir all of these ingredients together and serve with tortilla chips and fresh veggies.

Pro Tip: use this with your Chalupa toppings bar! It’s a fantastic taco topping!

This three-ingredient dip makes everyone so so happy!

Your TIME and your CAPACITY is THE most important factor when planning a party.

You’re craving community, and want to gather people around your table… BUT!

👉 If you’re living in a season of busy or doing too much, you need to take a minute and wait.

We’re all busy. We’re all living 100 miles an hour…

Yet, there are certain seasons of life where adding something else just isn’t (or shouldn’t!) happen.

Instead, call up a friend and say:

“I’ve got an hour, let’s meet for a glass of wine!”
“I need to run to Target, want to join me?”

Hosting a party is hard work! There is a lot to do, even for a simple dinner on a Tuesday night.

The season you are in will not last forever but caring for your mental capacity first is crucial.

Take some time.

Then, gather your people.

1 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. @lillet blanc

SUN-DRIED TOMATO PASTA SALAD FOR THE SALAD 1 lb p

SUN-DRIED TOMATO PASTA SALAD

FOR THE SALAD
1 lb pasta I used bowtie
4 cups spinach chopped
1 jar sun-dried tomatoes chopped
⅓ cup walnuts chopped
2 cups fresh mozzarella cubed

FOR THE DRESSING
4 tbsp sun-dried tomato oil
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
1. In a large pot, boil your salted pasta water (use plenty of salt!) and cook pasta according to the package instructions.
Cook your pasta al dente, drain, and then rinse with cool water. This’ll help stop the cooking process and cool off the pasta. 2. 2. Pour into a large bowl and set aside.
3. Prep your other ingredients. Slice your sun-dried tomatoes into chunks, chop your spinach, chop your walnuts, and cut your fresh mozzarella into tiny cubes.
4. Add these ingredients to the large bowl with the pasta. Mix up the dressing by stirring together sun-dried tomato oil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and Italian seasoning.
5. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and mix well.
6. Try a bite and add salt and pepper to taste.
7. For the best results, cover with plastic wrap (or store in an airtight container) in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.

Strawberry Iced Latte 🍓 ☕️

Ingredients
1-2 tbsp strawberry simple syrup
2 shots of espresso
2-3 oz creamer or milk of choice

Here’s how you can make homemade strawberry simple syrup, it’s perfect for this iced latte + cocktails!
1. In a sauce pan, combine 1.5 cups sliced strawberries, 1 cup water, and 1 cup white sugar.
2. Over medium high heat, bring the mixture to a rolling boil. Stirring occasionally.
3. Reduce to medium low heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes. 4. Strain into a jar and let it chill in the fridge for an hour.
5. Keep it in the fridge for up to 1 month.

I frequently pop in when I’m in the Lowcountry, and I recently snagged these fabulous chargers!

These Round Rattan Chargers give a natural element to the table.

So, to make these chargers stand out more, I took away the checkered paper runner, and opted for a thrifted plate under the silver bowl of (fake!!) flowers.

I added the “Nibble Boards” from Cassandra’s Kitchen to each Anthro Plate, and everything else stayed the same as a couple of weeks ago!

This is the easiest tip you can follow when hostin

This is the easiest tip you can follow when hosting dinner parties!

I do three things for every single party I host, no matter the size:

1️⃣ SET THE GAME PLAN: this is my one-page-wonder that corrals all my lists I need into one sheet (say GAME PLAN in the comments, and I’ll send you one!). It’s how I stay organized and efficient.

2️⃣ PREP AHEAD OF TIME: This means choosing a menu that is “prep ahead friendly,” setting the table a couple of days ahead, and doing as much as I possibly can. Instead, I’d be waiting for my guests with a cocktail in hand rather than scrambling while they arrive!

3️⃣ SET THE TABLE FOR CONVERSATION: Maybe I’ll artfully place conversation starters at each place setting, or I might use conversation-starting pieces (family heirlooms, silly glasses, wine charms, etc). However I can help cultivate the community I’m gathering, I’ll do it!

These three things make a difference when hosting people around your table.

🥟 Dumpling Sauce!!

Y’all, thanks to @JenCurley for the inspiration… This sauce is good on everything!

Tossed with noodles, dumplings dipped into sushi, you name it… it dunks.

Green onions, fresh garlic, and fresh ginger are swirled together with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and my new favorite ingredient: black vinegar!

This sauce has the umami 🥊 you want when you’re dipping all the things into it.

*If* you end up with leftover sauce, boil some ramen noodles and toss it together…

Perfect evening meal!
