Ingredients

1/2 pound White American Cheese, from your grocery’s deli section
1/3 cup milk
1/4 warm water
1 small can diced green chilis

Instructions

In a double boiler over medium low heat, with about 2 cups of simmering water (not boiling!), place all the ingredients.
Gently melt by stirring occasionally.
Ladle into a serving dish (or small slow cooker!) and serve with salty tortilla chips!
