Oven Roasted Pulled Pork makes the best tacos for any night of the week or tailgating with friends on the weekend.

How Do You Make Quick and Easy Pulled Pork Tacos?

You need to start with good pulled pork!

Pick some up from your favorite BBQ joint, or make your own.

I keep mine really simple with Smokehouse Maple Seasoning and a can of Pineapple rings + the juice.

Pop into a 350˚ oven for 6-8 hours or you could use your slow cooker and crank that baby to high for 6-8 hours.

When the pork shoulder is impossibly tender and shreds easily, add it to a flour tortilla and top with salsa or any other taco-toppings.

What toppings go well with pulled pork tacos?

  • Salsa – I love using a Mango or Pineapple Salsa!
  • Sour Cream
  • Cole slaw
  • Shredded Cabbage
  • Tomatoes
  • Sour Cream
  • Cheese
  • Hot sauce
  • Lime

If I’m using Leftover Pulled Pork how do I reheat it?

If you’ve made Oven-Roasted Pulled Pork, and you’ve got some leftover here’s how you can reheat and make the perfect carnitas-style tacos.

On a half sheet pan that’s lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray, lay out a single layer of the pulled pork.

Roast for 10 minutes under a 350˚ oven.

For the last 2-3 minutes, turn your oven to broil and watch it to get those crispy edges!

How do you shred pork?

I use two (sturdy) forks. If there is any give to the meat, and it feels like it’s hard to shred, put it back into the oven for a bit.

It should not be difficult to shred it!
