Delicious Caesar Dip coats a simple salmon fillet and fresh broccoli.

They are then roasted in the oven for a few minutes until cooked to perfection!

If you’re in a rush, eat it off the sheet pan like I do! It also makes a lovely low-carb dinner party meal perfect for any weeknight!

Whether you’re looking for a quick meal or a simple dinner party main course, this recipe is for you!

First, you’ll need a few ingredients:

Salmon Fillet—I buy mine at Trader Joe’s! I like the size of the fillets they sell for this single girl, and the price is great.

Fresh Broccoli—Pick up the precut variation, and all you have to do is dump it on the sheet pan!

House Seasoning is a homemade seasoning blend I mix up so I don’t have to open so many jars! It’s just salt, pepper, onion, and garlic powder all mixed in a jar.

Caesar Dip—this is an amazing recipe! I use it as a Caesar Dressing or to dip vegetables in. It’s also great smeared on proteins, as you can see in this recipe!

Parmesan Cheese — a little extra sprinkle of grated parmesan adds a salty bite and an extra texture. Just delicious!

How to Make This Easy Sheet Pan Supper

Liberally oil up a sheet pan. Since we’re cooking salmon, we don’t want anything to stick!

I also love using this Non-Stick Foil from Reynolds. It’s my go-to move!

Place your salmon and broccoli on the sheet.

Sprinkle House Seasoning on top of the salmon and broccoli.

slathering caesar dip on salmon and broccoli

Take a couple of spoonfuls of the Caesar Dip and spread it on top of the salmon. It’s great to have an even layer!

Next, drizzle some more of the dip recipe onto the broccoli.

Toss your broccoli around so each piece gets coated in the Caesar Dip.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the salmon and broccoli, and we are ready for the oven!

I roasted mine at 425 degrees f for about 20 minutes.

Since this salmon fillet is smaller and relatively thin, it took no longer than 20 minutes.

Serving this Easy Meal Idea

When your salmon is cooked to your preference, you’re ready to remove it from the oven and serve!

Most evenings, when I eat this, I eat it right off the sheet pan.

It’s just me, and adding one more unnecessary dish makes me not want to cook dinner! Ha!

If you are serving this for a dinner party, it’s great to slide everything onto one big platter (I love Golden Rabbit Enamelware!) and serve right from the table.

Caesar Salmon and Broccoli Sheet Pan Dinner is the quick and easy meal you crave during a busy week.
