- 2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 can of Creamed Corn
- 1 can Corn Kernels (drained)
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Pimento Cheese
- Hot Honey, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together muffin mix, creamed corn, corn kernels, sour cream, and pimento cheese.
