It’s not a surprise that I adore hosting anything around the table — so, last week I gathered a few fellow girl bosses around the table for a simple “Cocktails and Conversation” evening. We had such a fun time talking about our annual goals, how we are working towards them, what we need to pay attention to, and how we spend our time off.
It was a simple night, with bubbles and an assembled grazing board! <—– THE way to entertain on a Friday, after a busy work week!
This grazing board was filled with ready to assemble items from Trader Joe’s — some were more “assembly” than others. But! This whole board took about half an hour to put together – and such a fun way to have casual conversation over yummy bites.
To help facilitate people coming, I used Paperless Post with a super cute (and chic!) online invitation.
I just love how easy and simple their website is to use, and keep up with events! This was created and sent in a matter of minutes, and such a nice way to invite people over without sending a real invitation for a simple gathering like this!
Have you ever used Paperless Post? I can’t get over how simple it is, and you can send all kinds of types of correspondence. From birthday party invitations, to Valentine’s Day cards, this is a fantastic service to use. You can send cards via text with their mobile app, too! It’s very exciting! 😉
If you are a fellow girl boss, and would like to host your own “Cocktails and Conversation” evening, here’s a handy print out for you, filled with conversation starters to get you and your tribe going. You can find this in the resource library — sign up for my email list below, and you’ll receive the oh so secret password! 😉
Cheers, Girl Bosses! To gathering with other women, and discussing business in a fun setting.
