I was taking dinner to my parent's house, so the foil pans were *clutch* for transporting food without having to bring anything back with you! Woo hoo!! RECIPE: Diced 3 large Sweet Potatoes Diced 1 large Sweet Onion 1 TBS House Seasoning (video is pinned in Reels!) 2 TBS Olive Oil 1 TBS Smokehouse Maple Seasoning from McCormick Grillmates. Chop everything up and plop it in your pan. Drizzle with oil and the seasoning. Roast 425* covered for 25 minutes, uncovered for 25 minutes. I’m not knocking the packet… I love that salty packet of onion dip mix! But, sometimes you want summer’s best onions deeply caramelized and stirred into sour cream. This recipe is something you’ll make over and over! It’s 4 ingredients total, and the best little something to have for a poolside snack! Or evening cocktails? Or Mid-Week Movie Night? Here’s the recipe: INGREDIENTS: 2 Vidalia Onions, diced and caramelized (If you’re not sure how to do this, let me know in the comments and I’ll be happy to make a video for you!)) 16 ounces Sour Cream 1 tsp Kosher Salt 15 cranks of Black Pepper Mix your onions, sour cream, salt, and pepper in a big bowl. Let the sit for at least 30 minutes before serving with crispy kettle chips, crunchy raw veggies, or even smeared over grill chicken! 🍅 Boursin Bruschetta! Y’all, this is an absol 🍅 Boursin Bruschetta! Y’all, this is an absolute stunner! Lay out little baby naan in a circle in your cast iron skillet. Fill the center with a round of @boursincheese. My favorite for this is either the basil and chive or the usual garlic and herb! Delightful. Pop this bad boy into the oven at 350˚ for a good 10 minutes until the cheese starts to melt. Once it’s out of the oven, ladle fresh tomato salad on top, adding extra fresh basil and a savvy swirl of Balsamic glaze. This is something that really puts the EXTRA into extraordinary! Cottage Fries! Roasted Potato Slices… Whatever y Cottage Fries! Roasted Potato Slices… Whatever you want to call them, they’re divine! INGREDIENTS: 1-2 Russet Potatoes, sliced into thicker than 1/4” and thinner than 1/2’’ thick slices. (Got it, good!) 1 TBS Olive Oil Salt and Pepper Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Slice your potatoes. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast on a parchment paper lined baking tray for 20-25 minutes. Remove and devour! Top these with cheese and bacon for a decadent side dish! Green Onion Dip! Y’all, this is the dip recipe y Green Onion Dip! Y’all, this is the dip recipe you’ll be making over and over! If you’re gathering people, enjoying pool time, boat time, or any thing where a “Chip and Dip” would be welcome… THIS is the one! It’ll make you happy dance! GREEN ONION DIP: 8 ounces Sour Cream 4 ounces Cottage Cheese (this is totally optional! Fill up a half sheet pan with hummus, leftover grilled chicken slices, and lots of fresh veggies with Caesar salad. And serve a tomato salad and balsamic toast points. Lay out your wine glasses and a good bottle of Rosé! Salmon + Green Bean Sheet Pan Meal! Drizzle a pie Salmon + Green Bean Sheet Pan Meal! Drizzle a piece of salmon with olive oil and sprinkle on some Ranch powder and House Seasoning! Add two pats of butter before baking in the oven. Steam up your green beans, then crisp them up in the oven with the salmon. Such a delicious lunch or dinner recipe that takes less than 15 minutes! Here’s the recipe: Coat your salmon in olive oil, then sprinkle Ranch seasoning and House Seasoning on top. Add two pats of butter on top. Bake at 375˚ for 10 minutes. While the salmon bakes, steam some green beans in the microwave ((or just put them on the same sheet pan with the salmon!)). Once the salmon comes out, add the beans around the salmon and broil (carefully!!) the salmon until golden brown on top, and the beans get a little color. We popped into the Upper West Side location, it’s filled with one of my favorite food groups… pickles. Dear friends of mine knew I would adore dining here and it did not disappoint! ((Yes, this southern belle loves trying southern-style food outside of my home!)) 🥒 All the Pickled Things 🥚 Deviled Eggs 🐓 Chicken Bites with unctuous sauces 🧄 Spinach Artichoke Dip with Biscuit Crackers 🥬 Black Eyed Peas & Collard Greens 🧅 Meatloaf 🧀 Buffalo Chicken Macaroni and Cheese SO. MUCH. FOOD. Everything was raise your hands up good! We came home with bags of leftovers and thoroughly enjoyed them again!
