🍅 Marinated Tomatoes! Having marinated tomatoe 🍅 Marinated Tomatoes! Having marinated tomatoes in your fridge for salads is so easy, yet it packs a PUNCH of flavor! Here’s the marinade I use on my tomato wedges: 3 TBS Champagne Vinegar (Red Wine Vinegar is fine, too! Or Balsamic! Whatever you have!) 2 TBS Olive Oil 1 Sliced Shallot 1/4 tsp (+) Kosher Salt 1/4 tsp (+) Black Pepper 1 TBS Fresh Basil Add all these ingredients to the bottom of a bowl, and as you slice your tomatoes, just plop them in. Give the tomatoes and dressing a good, gentle stir to coat everything really well. I like to add in torn fresh mozzarella to add a little “something something” to my cheese! Spoon this over a salad, and it’s perfection! Add in capers and fresh mozzarella balls for even more flavor and texture! . . . #easyrecipes #summertimevibes #summersalad #tomatogirlsummer

For these glasses, I stamped them in sorghum syrup, then plopped them onto a mixture of toasted coconut, maldon sea salt, and brown sugar. I put these glasses in the freezer to let the sugar “adhere” and keep it ready for the cocktail when I’m ready to serve! Grab a jug of @barcoopbevvy’s Pina Colada mix, and fill it to THE LINE with tequila! Plus, if you're sober curious or NA, this drink mix is delightful with soda water for a Colada Spritz! Let’s make Creamy Red Wine Vinegar Dressing! FULL RECIPE: 2 TBS Red Wine Vinegar 1/4 cup Mayo 1/4 cup Sour Cream 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp House Seasoning (see below!) 1/4 cup Avocado Oil (or olive oil!) 2 tsp Golden Syrup (use Honey if you don’t have golden syrup!) 1 tsp Dried Parsley (fresh works, too!) Shake all of this together in a jar, and serve with an “Everyday Salad.” ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ HOUSE SEASONING: 1/4 cup Salt 1/4 cup Onion Powder 1/4 cup Garlic Powder 1/8 cup Black Pepper Shake all of this together and use on almost everything! . . . #homemadesaladdressing #easysaladrecipe #saladdressing

Crispy Rolled Tacos! They’re a must-make for you Crispy Rolled Tacos! They’re a must-make for your taco tower! Listen y’all, these are the game-changing taco tuesday night addition you’ll want to serve your hungry people. SAY ROLL and I’ll share the recipe with you! I made these for my Taco Tower Party, and they do not disappoint. While I used shredded beef inside my crispy rolled tacos, you could use whatever filling you love the most. If you’ve got leftover grilled chicken, pork, etc, this is a great way to make a new meal! Just add some cheese and filling, roll it up, and fry. Yes, you could use the air fryer or your oven… You do you, baby! INGREDIENTS: * 1 lb. Meat Mixture (see note!) * 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese * Flour or Corn Tortillas, usually one package will do! (I like the fajita-sized tortilla!) * Vegetable Oil for frying INSTRUCTIONS: 1. On a clean work surface, lay out one tortilla. 2. Add 1-2 tablespoons of cheese in the center of the tortilla. 3. Top with 1-2 tablespoons of the meat mixture. 4. Roll the tortilla up over it, pulling back slightly to keep everything contained well. 5. If you feel like you need to secure with a toothpick, go for it! 6. Get all your rolled tacos ready for the fryer before you start frying. 7. Preheat your vegetable oil (about an inch up your skillet) to 350 degrees. 8. Gently place the rolled tacos into the oil and fry on all sides until golden brown. 9. Pro Tip: Once you’ve added 4-5 to your skillet, go back to the first one and start rolling around to keep them moving. Work your way “down the line” over and over. 10. Remove the crispy rolled tacos from the oil and drain on a paper towel or wire rack. 11. I call this Sunday Tomato Salad. It’s a simple I call this Sunday Tomato Salad. It’s a simple arrangement of mozzarella balls, buratta, tomatoes, shallots, and garlic. Drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkled with lots of salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and oregano. It’s perfect served with crusty bread and a bottle of wine! Need a recipe for the tomato salad?? TOMATO SALAD: 2 cups cut up tomatoes 3 garlic cloves, minced (I grate mine over my microplane) 1 shallot, finely diced 2 TBS red wine vinegar 1 TBS capers (with the brine) Fresh basil, to taste Then, add as many mozzarella balls and smooshed buratta as your heart desires.
