It’s a darling little stand that you choose which citrus you want freshly juiced then they pair it with a little simple syrup, soda water, and a maraschino cherry! I can’t get enough of them, even though I’ve only had 2 “real” ones in my life. With that lovely tale in your mind, let me tell you about the martini version. It’s the best! Fresh citrus juice. Iced cold Vodka Sweet Simple Syrup Tangy Grenadine. It’s a match made in heaven! Mix this up when you need a little refresher! Here are the ratios: 1 part Orange Juice 1 part Lemon Juice 1 part Lime Juice 2 parts Vodka 1/2 part Simple Syrup 1/2 part Grenadine Mix it all in a shaker, and shake, shake, shake! Strain into whatever glass you prefer and enjoy! Want to make this for a batch cocktail for a LOT of people?! Grab a bottle of OJ, a bottle of lemonade, and a bottle limeade. Mix those with 750ml of vodka and a jar of maraschino cherries! I get it if it’s for a specific birthday, but even then… Do you really need all that stuff?! Try shopping your home first, and getting creative with what you already have! 2️⃣ Bad Attitudes. No one wants to be greeted by a bad attitude, whether you are opening the door, or the guest coming through it! Leave it at the door, or ask for help getting out of your funk. 3️⃣ Stuffy Food. It’s fun every once in a while, but people are there for you! Good food is what lures people to your table, but don’t feel like you need to make it a 5-star restaurant worthy meal every time. 4️⃣ Disorganized Chaos. We are all busy people! Say CHICKEN for the recipe to be sent to your DMs! CRISPY BAKED CHICKEN TIPS: Season your bone in, skin on chicken thighs. Let them “dry brine” in the fridge, overnight, UNCOVERED. Yes, you will have raw poultry in your frigde. It’s not as bad as it sounds, I promise. Place in a baking dish and cook for 35-40 minutes at 400 degrees. Baste with a Hot Honey Buffalo Sauce (recipe below). HOT HONEY BUFFALO SAUCE: 3 TBS Butter 3 TBS Hot Honey 3 TBS Cholula (or your fave hot sauce!) Swiss Onion Dip! Y’all, this is an old-school ic Swiss Onion Dip! Y’all, this is an old-school iconic recipe for a reason… It’s three ingredients and a whole lot of yum. This easy, cheesy baked dip will rock your box and make your wanna change your locks. Say CHEESE in the comments and I’ll share the recipe with you! RECIPE: * 8 ounces Swiss Cheese, shredded by hand * 8 ounces Mayo * 1 medium Sweet Onion (I use Vidalia when I can!), shredded * 1/2 teaspoon Smash Seasoning (see notes) 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees (if you’re baking right away!). 2. Using a box grater or crank grater, grate up the 8 ounces of Swiss Cheese and the onion. 3. Add those to a bowl with 8 ounces (1 cup) of mayonnaise. 4. Sprinkle in half a teaspoon of Smash Seasoning and stir everything up well. 5. Bake at 350˚ for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden brown. 6. RECIPE: 2-3 cups of fresh corn (you can use frozen and thawed!) 1 shallot, diced 1 pint tomatoes, sliced 2 TBS olive oil 2 TBS ranch powder Cut you corn off the cob, add in your diced shallots and tomatoes. Drizzle in the olive oil. Sprinkle in the ranch and gently mix. Let this sit for 30 minutes, covered in the fridge before serving! I even put my large silver tea tray in my bathtub with this method. A few tips for cleaning your silver with MAGIC: ✅ Line you stopped up sink with tin foil. ✅ Lay your silver pieces on the foil, in a single layer. ✅ Sprinkle baking soda on top of your silver. It doesn’t need to stick to it, just about a cup. ✅ Pour boiling water over the silver and baking soda, and watch the magic! I give a little rinse, and then hand dry each piece so no water droplets form. That’s it! Anyone else do this?! Steakhouse Chicken! Y’all… Don’t sleep on th Steakhouse Chicken! Y’all… Don’t sleep on this recipe. You’ll take a steak marinade with a couple of other ingredients. Add in CHICKEN and marinade overnight. Grill it up, then once it’s off the grill top with an herby, garlicky steak butter… Oh, me oh my oh! (Look at Miss Ohio…) This chicken is tender, juicy, packed with flavor, and incredibly ✨MOIST!✨ Want the recipe?! Hot Honey Buffalo Chicken Skewers! SO good, y’a Hot Honey Buffalo Chicken Skewers! SO good, y’all!! Say HONEY for the recipe! This is such a great way to entertain! Make them as an appetizer or serve on a big salad for a dinnertime meal. RECIPE: CHICKEN MARINADE * 2 Chicken Breasts sliced into thin strips * 2 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning * 2 tsp Ranch Powder * 2 TBS Worcestershire Sauce * 1 TBS Olive Oil HOT HONEY BUFFALO SAUCE * 2 TBS Butter * 1 TBS Hot Honey, plus extra for drizzling later! * 2 TBS Buffalo Sauce (I prefer Frank’s Red brand) Instructions 1. Add your sliced chicken to a large bowl. 2. Add the two teaspoons of Montreal Steak Seasoning and Ranch powder, the two tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, and one tablespoon of olive oil. 3. Mix these around with your hands until each piece of chicken is coated well. 4. Let this sit for 20 minutes while your wooden skewers soak. 5. After 20 minutes, thread the chicken onto the soaked skewers, making sure you thread the chicken tightly. 6. Place on your air fryer’s rack and air fry at 375˚ for 12 minutes. 7. Meanwhile, the chicken air fries are made with Hot Honey Buffalo Sauce. 8. In a small pot (or skillet), melt two tablespoons of butter with one tablespoon of hot honey and two tablespoons of buffalo sauce over medium heat. Let this come to a simmer for 2-3 minutes. 9. Remove the chicken and flip it in the air fryer, swiping the Hot Honey Buffalo Sauce over each skewer before air frying again.  10. Air fry the chicken skewers for 10 minutes at 400˚. 11. Swipe the remaining buffalo sauce on top of the chicken skewers and an extra drizzle of hot honey. . . . #chickenskewers #hothoneybuffalochicken #easychickenmarinade

The first secret: seasoning the wedge/disc. A little sprinkle or salt and pepper plus a kiss of lemon juice… game changer. Cutting your iceberg into a disc gives you optimum space for all the dressing, all the tomatoes, all the crunchy goodness!
