Alice Springs Chicken Sweet Potato Fries
Alice Springs Chicken Sweet Potato Fries are a quick meal with leftover grilled chicken. It’s an easy way to enjoy a new dinner with some leftovers!

Alice Springs Chicken is a delightful combination of grilled chicken, mushrooms, bacon, cheddar, and honey mustard from Outback Steakhouse.
You can make this lovely dish if you’ve leftover chicken and cheese.
To make this recipe, you’ll need chopped-up grilled chicken, crispy bacon, shredded cheese, sweet potato fries, and honey mustard.

Making Alice Springs Chicken Sweet Potato Fries
Mix the chopped-up chicken, bacon, and cheese in a large bowl. If you have a rotisserie chicken, that would work, too!
Follow the package’s instructions for starting your sweet potato fries in the oven. I love using Alexia’s Sweet Potato Fries. They always end up so crispy!

Halfway through the cooking time, remove the sweet potato fries and give them a good toss.
Spoon the cheese and chicken mixture on top of the fries.
Place back in the oven and let it cook for another 10 minutes, or until everything is melted and yummy!
A few notes for this recipe: if you love mushrooms, add them! I do not enjoy them, so I leave them off.

If you have rotisserie chicken, this recipe will still work!
You could also use leftover pork or shrimp! Yum.
Feel free to use whatever frozen type of crispy sweet potato option you like best. The waffle fries would probably be amazing!
Serving this Easy Chicken Dinner
To serve this simple dinner recipe, you can either make your own honey mustard, as in the recipe card or use the bottled version.

Honey Mustard is just mayo, mustard, and honey mixed together. It’s so easy to make your own and use it over and over!
This is the signature drizzle from the Outback Steakhouse version of Alice Springs Chicken — it’s what makes the dish!
Ranch would be delightful on this, too, if honey mustard isn’t your preference.

Serve immediately and devour slowly!
