I’ll admit it—I totally got wrapped up (pun absolutely intended!) in the snack wrap craze. Everyone online was raving about how good they were, so naturally, I had to try one.
I went through the drive-thru, full of hope… and, well, let’s just say it was not the delicious experience I was promised. The wrap was soggy, the chicken was sad, and I knew right then and there I could do better in my own kitchen.

So, I did! These homemade Air Fryer Chicken Snack Wraps are the upgrade we all deserve—crispy, flavorful, fresh, and made with real ingredients you can actually feel good about eating.

- It’s endlessly customizable — add veggies, swap cheeses, or use different tortillas.
About This Recipe
These Air Fryer Chicken Snack Wraps are what I call “lazy-luxurious” — simple, satisfying, and just a bit addictive.
The chicken gets seasoned with my Sweetpea’s Firecracker blend (a little smoky, a little spicy), then air-fried to perfection.

Wrapped up with lettuce, cheddar, and a sweet-tangy honey Dijon dressing, it’s the kind of quick bite that tastes like it took way more effort than it did.
Tips & Tricks
- Meal prep friendly: Cook the chicken and make the dressing in advance — assembly takes just minutes.
- Add crunch: Toss in chopped cucumbers, bell peppers, or crispy onions.
- Switch it up: Try ranch, Caesar, or BBQ sauce instead of the honey Dijon dressing.
- Low-carb version: Use lettuce wraps instead of tortillas.
