Description

  • 2 lbs smoked kielbasa, sliced into ½-inch rounds

  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce

  • 1 cup plum preserves


Instructions

Slow Cooker Method:

  1. Add sliced kielbasa, teriyaki sauce, and plum preserves to the slow cooker. Stir to coat.

  2. Cook on LOW for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally.

  3. Switch to warm setting for serving.

Oven Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a baking dish, combine kielbasa, teriyaki sauce, and plum preserves. Stir to coat.

  3. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring halfway through, until bubbly and slightly caramelized.


Notes

Cook Time: 2–3 hours (slow cooker) or 45 minutes (oven)

I made this on the stovetop. Cooked the kielbasa first to get a little browning on the sausage. Then added in the teriyaki sauce and preserves. Stirred around for a few minutes. I let this cook on the stove, covered, for 25 minutes.
