- 12–15 Chicken Wings
- 1 Stick Butter, melted
- 1 Lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 TBS Ranch Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a small pot, melt the butter over low heat.
- In a big bowl, zest the lemon and juice it.
- Add one tablespoon of ranch powder and one teaspoon of black pepper.
- Whisk everything together well.
- Drizzle in the hot, melted butter, whisking to incorporate all the ingredients evenly.
- Reheat your chicken wings in your air fryer at 325˚ for 12 minutes.
- After 12 minutes, remove the wings from your air fryer and toss in the Ranch Lemon Butter Sauce.
- Place back in the air fryer, and roast for an additional 8 minutes with the heat cranked to 375˚.
- Toss in the sauce one more time before serving with ranch dressing!
