Ranch Lemon Butter Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 12-15 Chicken Wings
  • 1 Stick Butter, melted
  • 1 Lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 TBS Ranch Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small pot, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. In a big bowl, zest the lemon and juice it.
  3. Add one tablespoon of ranch powder and one teaspoon of black pepper.
  4. Whisk everything together well.
  5. Drizzle in the hot, melted butter, whisking to incorporate all the ingredients evenly.
  6. Reheat your chicken wings in your air fryer at 325˚ for 12 minutes.
  7. After 12 minutes, remove the wings from your air fryer and toss in the Ranch Lemon Butter Sauce.
  8. Place back in the air fryer, and roast for an additional 8 minutes with the heat cranked to 375˚.
  9. Toss in the sauce one more time before serving with ranch dressing!
