Description

Ranch Chicken Dip is exactly what you want on the BIG Game Day! Cool Ranch with cheesy chicken, and spicy chips to dip!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 5.2 ounces Boursin Shallot & Chive Cheese
  • 8 ounces Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Duke’s Mayo
  • 2 TBS Ranch Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350˚.
  2. In a large bowl, add the 2 cups of shredded chicken, 8 ounces softened cream cheese, 5.2 ounces Boursin Shallot & Chive cheese, 8 ounces shredded Monterey jack cheese, 1/2 cup mayo, and 2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning.
  3. Give it a really, really good mix! Until everything is combined and evenly dispersed.
  4. Plop this into a 8×8 baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350˚ for 20-25 minutes. Or until golden brown and bubbly!
  6. Serve with spicy chips (or regular chips if you’re not into spice!).

Notes

You can make this dip recipe up to 3 days in advance! Allow your baking dish to sit out for half an hour before placing it in the 350˚ oven. You might need to bake for 30-35 minutes.
