  • 2 sliced Ciabatta bread
  • 2 spoonfuls of Pizza Sauce
  • 2 TBS Low-Moisture Mozzarella Cheese
  • 6 Mini Mozzarella Balls, cut up
  • 4 Leftover Meatballs, sliced
  • Parmesan Cheese (“Say when…”)
  • Balsamic Glaze
  • Fresh Basil


  1. Preheat your oven to 375˚.
  2. Place the bread on a sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, and toast in the oven for 6 minutes.
  3. Once the bread slices are a bit toasty, spoon over some pizza sauce.
  4. Top the pizza sauce with the cheese and meatballs.
  5. End with a generous grating of fresh parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake at 375˚ for about 8+ minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, then finish with an extra grating of parmesan, a drizzle of balsamic glaze, and fresh basil ribbons.
