Ingredients

2 sliced Ciabatta bread
2 spoonfuls of Pizza Sauce
2 TBS Low-Moisture Mozzarella Cheese
6 Mini Mozzarella Balls, cut up
4 Leftover Meatballs, sliced
Parmesan Cheese (“Say when…”)
Balsamic Glaze
Fresh Basil

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375˚.
Place the bread on a sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, and toast in the oven for 6 minutes.
Once the bread slices are a bit toasty, spoon over some pizza sauce.
Top the pizza sauce with the cheese and meatballs.
End with a generous grating of fresh parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375˚ for about 8+ minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Remove from the oven, then finish with an extra grating of parmesan, a drizzle of balsamic glaze, and fresh basil ribbons.
