Description
Italian Bread Dip is the scrumptious dip you need for a warm baguette! Filled with Italian flavors like tomatoes, shallots, ricotta, it’s a winner every time!
Ingredients

- 1 Shallot, finely diced
- 2 Garlic Cloves, finely diced
- 2 TBS Fresh Basil, diced (dried is fine, too!)
- 3 TBS Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 oz Ricotta Salata (or Feta), crumbled
- 1–2 TBS Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
Instructions
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Serve with a crusty baguette!
Notes
You can make this in the morning before serving, just place in the fridge until half an hour before serving.
