Italian Bread Dip Recipe

Italian Bread Dip is the scrumptious dip you need for a warm baguette! Filled with Italian flavors like tomatoes, shallots, ricotta, it’s a winner every time!

Ingredients

  • 1 Shallot, finely diced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, finely diced
  • 2 TBS Fresh Basil, diced (dried is fine, too!)
  • 3 TBS Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 oz Ricotta Salata (or Feta), crumbled
  • 1-2 TBS Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil

Instructions

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.

Serve with a crusty baguette!

Notes

You can make this in the morning before serving, just place in the fridge until half an hour before serving.
