- 3–4 Chicken Breasts, boneless skinless
- Smash Seasoning, or 1 tsp House Seasoning (see notes)
- 1 package Onion Soup Mix
- 1, 14-ounce can of Whole berry Cranberry Sauce
- 8 ounces French Dressing (substitute Catalina if you need/want to!)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350˚.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the onion soup mix with the cranberry sauce and French dressing.
- In a greased baking dish, add in your chicken breasts and season both sides with Smash Seasoning (or whatever seasoning you’re using!).
- Pour the cranberry sauce mixture over the chicken, and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
- Serve with a side dish of choice and enjoy!
Notes
Slow Cooker Instructions:
- Spray your slow cooker and add in your chicken breasts. Season on both sides, then pour the sauce on top. I like to give the chicken a little “twirl” so the sauce gets on the bottom a bit, ensuring nothing burns.
- Slow cook on low for 4-6 hours, or on high for 2-4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
HOUSE SEASONING
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- 1/4 cup onion powder
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 1/8 cup black pepper
- Mix all of these ingredients together and store in a jar close to your stove top.
