Description

Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders are the easy game-day appetizer recipe you’ll love making any time of day! Filled with cheesy chicken and a cool ranch with crispy bacon, they’re a hit every time!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Cheddar (use 2 oz from a block of cheddar, chopped into bits)
  • 2 Green Onions, sliced
  • 3 slices of Crispy Bacon, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Ranch Dressing, divided
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Yellow Cheddar
  • 1 package Hawaiian Rolls, sliced down the middle
  • 2 TBS Butter
  • 1 TBS Spicy Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Smokehouse Maple Seasoning

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350˚.

In a large bowl combine 1.5 cups of shredded chicken, 1/2 cup chopped white cheddar, 2 sliced green onions, 3 slices chopped crispy bacon, and 1 cup of ranch dressing. Mix all of this up until everything is combined well.

Slice your rolls in half, keeping the bottom and top halves “together.” Place on a rimmed baking sheet.

Slather 1/4 cup ranch on each side of the rolls.

Smoosh your chicken, cheese, bacon mixture onto the bottom half of the rolls. Make sure it is all pressed into the rolls.

Sprinkle on the 1/4 cup mozzarella and 1/4 yellow cheddar.

Place the top half of the rolls back onto the bottom half.

In a skillet melt 2 tablespoons of butter with 1 tablespoon of Spicy Ranch Seasoning and 1 teaspoon Smokehouse Maple Seasoning. Use a whisk and combine well.

Once this buttery mixture is all combined, drizzle over the rolls.

Cover your rolls with aluminum foil, then bake for 30 minutes at 350˚.

Remove from the oven, and slide onto a cutting board for serving!

Slice the rolls up, and serve immediately.

Notes

You can make these rolls up to 1 day in advance, Just keep them in the fridge until ready to bake!

If you don’t like spicy ranch seasoning, use the usual ranch seasoning!
