- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 TBS House Seasoning (recipe in notes)
- 10.5 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- Juice of one Lemon
- 2 tsp Dried Basil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350˚.
- Spray a baking dish, and lay the chicken breast down in the dish.
- Sprinkle one tablespoon of House Seasoning over top the chicken.
- In a medium bowl stir together 10.5 ounces Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1/2 cup of Sour Cream, the juice of one lemon, and 2 teaspoons dried basil.
- Pour this sauce over the chicken, and spread over the top.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 350˚ for 45-60 minutes until the chicken reaches in internal temperature of 165˚.
- Serve with rice and a vegetable of your choice!
Notes
HOUSE SEASONING:
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- 1/4 onion powder
- 1/4 kosher salt
- 1/8 cup black pepper
Mix all of these ingredients together in a jar, and use as often as you can!
