Description

Ingredients

1 Brie wheel, rind removed

Apricot preserves – enough to cover the top

Red Pepper Flakes – however much you prefer


Instructions

  1. Using paring knife, gently scrape the rind off the brie wheel. 
  2. Place in a greased ramekin that fits the wheel.
  3. Cover with apricot preserves
  4. Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top
  5. Bake at 350˚ for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  6. Serve with crackers
