- 1 tablespoon Capers
- 1 teaspoon Caper Brine
- 2 TBS Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 TBS Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 TBS Fresh Basil Leaves, torn or cut into ribbons
- 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and mix to combine.
- Allow the salad to chill in the fridge for an hour before serving it over crusty bread.
