Description
Oven Baked Pork Tenderloin is an easy dinner recipe that is great for dinner parties or a busy weeknight. Zhuzh up a pre-packaged tenderloin!
Ingredients

- 1 pre-packaged Pork Tenderloin, Steakhouse flavored, about 1.5 pounds
- 2 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 TBS Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
GLAZE
- 2 TBS Dr. Pete’s Praline Mustard Glaze
- 1 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 TBS Soy Sauce
Instructions
- An hour before you want to bake your pork tenderloin, remove it from the packaging.
- Add the 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons Soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of onion powder to a zip top bag.
- Place the pork tenderloin in the bag, and move around to coat with the seasonings.
- Let this hang out on the counter for up to an hour.
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
- Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish, along with 1/2 cup of water.
- Bake for 18 minutes, then remove and flip the tenderloin over, adding more water if needed.
- Bake an additional 10 minutes.
- Mix up the glaze while you wait.
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of Dr. Pete’s Praline Mustard Glaze with 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce, and 1 tablespoon of Soy sauce.
- Using a silicone basting brush, brush the pork with the glaze.
- Once the pork has come to your desired temperature above 145 degrees internally, remove it from the oven.
- Let the pork tenderloin rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving with a drizzle of the glaze!
Notes
This pork tenderloin pairs well with mashed potatoes, green beans, macaroni and cheese, or a giant salad!
It’s also the perfect main dish to take to someone who needs a meal. It reheats well, and also makes great sliced pork sandwiches the next day!
