Description

Oven Baked Pork Tenderloin is an easy dinner recipe that is great for dinner parties or a busy weeknight. Zhuzh up a pre-packaged tenderloin!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-packaged Pork Tenderloin, Steakhouse flavored, about 1.5 pounds
  • 2 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 TBS Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

GLAZE

  • 2 TBS Dr. Pete’s Praline Mustard Glaze
  • 1 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 TBS Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. An hour before you want to bake your pork tenderloin, remove it from the packaging.
  2. Add the 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons Soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of onion powder to a zip top bag.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin in the bag, and move around to coat with the seasonings.
  4. Let this hang out on the counter for up to an hour.
  5. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  6. Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish, along with 1/2 cup of water.
  7. Bake for 18 minutes, then remove and flip the tenderloin over, adding more water if needed.
  8. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Mix up the glaze while you wait.
  10. In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of Dr. Pete’s Praline Mustard Glaze with 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce, and 1 tablespoon of Soy sauce.
  11. Using a silicone basting brush, brush the pork with the glaze.
  12. Once the pork has come to your desired temperature above 145 degrees internally, remove it from the oven.
  13. Let the pork tenderloin rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving with a drizzle of the glaze!

Notes

This pork tenderloin pairs well with mashed potatoes, green beans, macaroni and cheese, or a giant salad!

It’s also the perfect main dish to take to someone who needs a meal. It reheats well, and also makes great sliced pork sandwiches the next day!
