An easy low carb meal idea


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup sliced zucchini
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup french green beans
  • 1 cup sliced purple carrots
  • 1 cup broccolini
  • 2 cups chopped onions
  • 2 cups chopped cauliflower
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbs Sweetpea’s House Seasoning
  • 2 tbs soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425˚
  2. Toss all veggies with olive oil and seasoning blend. Sprinkle soy sauce over top.
  3. Roast for 25+ minutes
