Ingredients

1 cup sliced zucchini
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup french green beans
1 cup sliced purple carrots
1 cup broccolini

1/8 cup olive oil
1 tbs Sweetpea’s House Seasoning
2 tbs soy sauce

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425˚
Toss all veggies with olive oil and seasoning blend. Sprinkle soy sauce over top.
Roast for 25+ minutes
