Description
Lasagna Chicken is tender chicken topped with ricotta cheese, marinara sauce, and smoked mozzarella cheese! It’s an easy low-carb dinner recipe idea!

- 4 Chicken Breasts (1″ thick or less)
- 1 pkg Italian Dressing Mix
- 8 ounces of Ricotta Cheese
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 tsp House Seasoning
- 13 ounces Marinara
- 8 ounces Shredded Smoked Mozzarella
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400˚.
- In a baking dish add your chicken, and sprinkle the Italian dressing mix over top, on both sides.
- In a separate bowl, mix the 8 ounces of ricotta cheese with 2 tsp Italian seasonings and 2 tsp House Seasoning, blend together until the seasoning is evenly distributed.
- Smear the ricotta mixture overtop the chicken.
- Pour the 13 ounces of Marinara over the ricotta, spread out evenly.
- Sprinkle the 8 ounces of smoked mozzarella, and cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 400˚ for about 40 minutes, removing the foil for the last 10 minutes.
- Allow the casserole to rest 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
HOUSE SEASONING:
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- 1/4 onion powder
- 1/4 kosher salt
- 1/8 cup black pepper
Mix all of these ingredients together in a jar, and use as often as you can!
