Spinach Pie

- 12 ounces frozen, chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
- 1, 16-ounce container of cottage cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 10 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp House Seasoning
- Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
- Preheat oven to 350˚
- Squeeze water from thawed chopped spinach.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, eggs, and house season.
- Pour into baking dish (quarter sheet pan works well!) and bake 45 minutes at 350˚, or until set in the center and golden brown on top.
