Spinach Pie

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces frozen, chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
  • 1, 16-ounce container of cottage cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp House Seasoning
  • Red Pepper Flakes, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚
  2. Squeeze water from thawed chopped spinach.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, eggs, and house season.
  4. Pour into baking dish (quarter sheet pan works well!) and bake 45 minutes at 350˚, or until set in the center and golden brown on top.
