How to Roast Vegetables on a Sheet Pan

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sliced Carrots
  • 1 cup quartered Potatoes
  • 1 cup sliced Onions
  • 1 cup cut Green Beans
  • 2 TBS Olive oil
  • 1 TBS House Seasoning (recipe in notes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425˚.
  2. Place all your prepped vegetables into a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the vegetables.
  4. Toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle one tablespoon of House Seasoning over the vegetables.
  6. Toss to coat.
  7. Lay out onto a greased half-sheet pan.
  8. Roast at 425˚ for 35 minutes, checking to flip after 20 minutes.

Notes

House Seasoning:

  • 1/4 cup garlic powder 
  • 1/4 cup onion powder 
  • 1/4 cup kosher salt 
  • 1/8 cup black pepper
  • Mix all of these ingredients together
