			- 1 cup Sliced Carrots
 - 1 cup quartered Potatoes
 - 1 cup sliced Onions
 - 1 cup cut Green Beans
 - 2 TBS Olive oil
 - 1 TBS House Seasoning (recipe in notes)
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425˚.
 - Place all your prepped vegetables into a large bowl.
 - Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the vegetables.
 - Toss to coat.
 - Sprinkle one tablespoon of House Seasoning over the vegetables.
 - Toss to coat.
 - Lay out onto a greased half-sheet pan.
 - Roast at 425˚ for 35 minutes, checking to flip after 20 minutes.
 
Notes
House Seasoning:
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
 - 1/4 cup onion powder
 - 1/4 cup kosher salt
 - 1/8 cup black pepper
 - Mix all of these ingredients together
